We have a professional QC team to control mold quality from raw material, machining to final mold testing. Quality control is our first priority, as we believe quality is the life of our enterprise.
What's your lead time?
For most molds, normally 45 to 60 working days (excluding Chinese official holidays) after deposit received and mold drawings approved.
How to approval samples?
- You can visit our factory to see mold testing directly
- We can send samples by DHL, TNT, Fedex
- We provide mold running videos and molding parts dimension inspection reports by email
What about your after service?
1 year warranty under normal use procedure. Spare parts that are non-man-made damaged will be provided free within one year. You can contact us anytime if you need assistance.
If you have any new SMC/BMC/GMT compression mould project, please send your 2D/3D drawing or sample picture with complete dimensions to us. We will reply promptly.
